For more than 20 years, Jenny has worked at high-level negotiation tables and in United States Senate rooms. She has served as a spokeswoman for leaders and political figures, as an executive in nonprofits, and as a board member for causes that matter. Along the way she has raised major gifts and capital, launched and built companies, and helped Kingdom businesses strategize, fund and launch the visions God gave them.
Jenny has worked with women around the world, coaching and ministering healing and the ascension of a woman's purpose and identity on the earth across thousands of hours of one-on-one, group and deep mentorship and training.
Before there was a brand, there was an encounter.
On September 14, 2021, at what she describes as the end of her life, Jenny was encountered by the Holy Spirit on the floor of her living room in Missouri, radically delivered, and met Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
From that encounter came Women of Armor, a ministry rooted in Ephesians 6 and dedicated to deliverance, inner healing, intercessory prayer, discipleship and teaching the Word of God to women.
She spent a decade as a single mother and now walks in a Kingdom marriage. The Esther Standard™ is taught by a woman who knows what it means to rebuild a life from the inside out.

What if I work during the live session?
Every mentorship is recorded. You can join live whenever you're able and watch the replay when you can't.
Is this only for entrepreneurs?
No. It's for business owners, mothers, ministry leaders, professionals, creatives, women rebuilding and women preparing, in every season and of every age.
Is this the Anointed Ambassador program?
No. The Esther Standard™ is a Women of Armor mentorship intensive and stands completely on its own. Women who complete it may later have the opportunity to pursue the separate DVNTY Ambassador pathway, which has its own qualification process.
